I trained at the Bihar School of Yoga - a renowned institute in India, where I specialized in the therapeutic and classical aspects of yoga. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients facing a wide range of challenges, including stress, chronic pain, autism, pregnancy, cancer management, and more.
